Our everyday Cabernet. Approachable and generous, this wine is a non-vintage blend of barrels that didn’t make the cut for our premium Halcyon Cabernet, but still showcase the same quality and depth. Many come from our older vines, giving structure and ageing potential. We’re simply very picky with what goes into Halcyon (usually just a barrel or two) so The Sauce gets the rest of the good stuff. Unpretentious, full of flavour, and ready to pour any night of the week.
