Named after Iwo's sister for her platinum blonde hair, this wine is a 100% Gingin clone, known for its small berries and bunches. It is hand-picked next door and whole bunch pressed. Made in a classic Margaret River style, the juice undergoes fermentation: 20% in new oak and the remainder in seasoned oak barriques. The wine is aged in barrel for a year before bottling, showcasing a traditional expression of Margaret River Chardonnay.
