2019 was a hard year in the vineyard following a spring frost the crops were smaller than small. Less than 1 tonne/hectare was hand harvest in February, direct press to old oak and puncheon for wild ferment. Left in barrel for 18 months and then in bottle for another 6 before release. 1500 bottles total.
Due to the small about of this wine available this year we are only selling it in half dozens online. It is also available via our cellar door and very selected venues and retailers soon.
